Hey. I recorded a video about the Beginners Circle jam and included your game in it. I enjoyed playing your project. I love how I had to find logical costumes that had to scare different people. I did not find any bugs or issues so far. Great job. If you want to cut your game out of the video, let me know. However, if you like the video, I make similar videos every day. I will be happy if you subscribe. Anyway, I enjoyed playing your game.
Thank you for your video ! We really appreciates that you enjoyed playing our game :) seeing someone else discover our game is always interesting, like the fact that you scared right away the Dracula kid ^^
Nice game with some actual content. Background music is good, atmospheric enough and not irritating. Found 509/510 candies, actually giving candies for clicking random things is a good reinforcement, it gives motivation to continue searching for the solution.
Maybe adding fun tooltips to inventory objects could help, in the end I had inventory full of strange untitled things. Also, what's so scary about Hobb?
Thank you for your comment ! We're glad that you enjoyed the game. I agree with you about the inventory, we have the name displayed only when picking up but not after.
Hobb™ is a private joke from Beginner's Circle's Discord Server where somebody called "Hobb"(™) talked the same way as the character in the game. He also mentioned about crediting the puns so following the joke we put trademarks everywhere his name appear.
Very nice! I enjoyed playing this point and click adventure. Some pointers for your next game: 1) proof read or get some one to fix the text in the game. It may not seem a big deal, but a little bit of polish goes a long way! 2) Some of the objects were really hard to find. I found the cage key entirely by accidentally clicking on a particular spot on the screen. I would prefer if either the object is visible but placed cleverly or if there is a visual hint if a object is interactive - for eg, a carpet corner that moves slightly if you hover over it to reveal a key underneath.
Thank you for your feedback ! I agree with you about the texts, we need to push further our English skills if we want to build a better dialogue-based game.
For the object placement, we were limited in time and couldn't draw more rooms (I was the improvised artist for the backgrounds) So we had to place the last puzzle into already existing rooms and used the real ghost to give hints to the player. The cage key is the most difficult object to find and it's totally my fault.
Again, thanks for your feedback ! Your comment is highly appreciated !

Good luck playing the 54 remaining games !
I enjoyed playing your game. Thank you for creating awesome experiences.
Great little puzzle game. I really liked the subtle hints throughout the game, and the end credits was a brilliant idea.
Nice style! Cool that the NPCs can recognize what you're wearing.
Loved it. I have a soft spot for anything Halloween. The art is cute and I liked the puzzle elements. Nice job!
I love this game, it's short and sweet

Very cute. Made me happy and nostalgic
Nice one... although couldn't find all the candies... But yeah... It was good!
